Email support@moveassist.co and include your account email plus a short description of the issue. We typically reply within 1 business day.

Gifted access help
If your MoveAssist access was purchased for you by a realtor or another third party, use the private access link you received to begin. You may be asked to create an account or sign in before redeeming access.
Once redeemed, the gifted access is tied to your account. You do not need to purchase access again for that gifted redemption.
Lost your gifted link?
If you purchased gifted access for someone else, or if you were expecting a gifted link and cannot find it, contact support@moveassist.co.
To help us verify the purchase, include as many of the following as you can:
- The purchaser email address used at checkout.
- The purchaser's name.
- The recipient's email address, if known.
- The realtor's name, if applicable.
- The approximate purchase date.
After reasonable verification, we may be able to reissue the link or help you recover access.
Privacy for gifted access
If a realtor or another third party purchased access for you, that purchaser does not automatically receive access to your inventory, photos, household data, or activity inside MoveAssist.
Your move data remains associated with your account and household permissions inside the product.
Common topics
- Printing labels: Labels include the container ID and QR code so boxes and loose items can be quickly identified and scanned during your move.
- Printing labels from your phone: Tap Print to open your label. On your phone, use the share icon (square with an arrow) or browser menu, then select your wireless or network printer. You can also save the label as a PDF if needed. Most modern printers (AirPrint on iPhone and similar Android support) work automatically when connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Packing while you go: MoveAssist is designed for active packing with real boxes. Pack as you normally would, then snap photos as you go. Item details may be extracted automatically to make things searchable later, so the app stays a light layer on top of packing instead of a separate process.
- Finding items after a move: Search can use item names, notes, container IDs, room names, and photo-detected objects when available.
- Household access: Moves belong to a household, so members you invite can collaborate in the same move workspace.
- Move Pass and billing: Some write features require a Move Pass. When one household member purchases a Move Pass for a move, that move is unlocked for household collaboration in MoveAssist.
- Gifted access: If your access was gifted to you, you should not need to purchase that same gifted redemption again during setup.
- Data accuracy: Automatically detected items and search results may not be perfect, so verify important items manually.
What to include in your message
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- Any visible error text.
- Your device and browser.
- A screenshot, if relevant.
- Your account email address.
- For gifted access issues, the purchaser email or approximate purchase date if available.
