Use Avery 8126 inkjet half-sheet labels: two per US Letter sheet, each 5.5 in × 8.5 in. Avery 5126 is the laser equivalent and may work, but 8126 is the recommended inkjet product.
Printing steps
MoveAssist prints one half-sheet label at a time:
- Load one Avery 8126 sheet into the inkjet printer.
- Open the MoveAssist print-label view.
- Print at actual size or 100%.
- Disable fit-to-page or page scaling.
- Confirm US Letter paper size.
- Print a plain-paper test before using the adhesive sheet.
- After the first label, rotate the same sheet end-for-end before printing the second.
